Team Livingston: Banks Staples Pecht
Livingston’s newest Board Member, Banks Staples Pecht, is an executive coach and attorney. She works with a variety of clients, including business owners and senior executives on professional and personal issues, including career strategy, business strategy and operations, leadership and communication skills. She is also formerly a consultant for the Waterman Group, a firm specializing in senior-level executive placements with leading Fortune 500 companies, and an attorney with Heller Ehrman, a global law firm.
Her education credentials are equally impressive, having graduated from Princeton University prior to attending University of San Diego’s School of Law. She even squeezed in a semester studying Medieval and Renaissance art and architecture at Trinity College in Rome, Italy.
On a personal level, she is mother to three wonderfully inquisitive children and enjoys SCUBA, hiking, yoga, gourmet cooking, and travel. She also likes a stage, and is a two-time international champion barbershop singer, having preformed to audiences of up to 8,000 people.
Banks is part of a truly living Livingston legacy. She is married to Ben Pecht, MD, a member of Livingston’s Professional Advisory Board, and is the daughter in-law of Tom Pecht, a member of the Livingston Board of Directors. In addition to her close Livingston and family ties, Banks brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the Livingston Board.
Banks says of her seat on the Livingston BOD, “I am thrilled to be a part of the long Livingston tradition of providing holistic home health care support for patients and their families in all stages of life and need. I am passionate about the need for kind, respectful, and clear support and guidance in times that feel so vulnerable. Such care is rare, and Livingston is doing it so well. I’m proud to be a new member of the Livingston family and am grateful for the opportunity to serve a wonderful organization doing great work.”
